Strictly, NO.

Sorry but nope. I make skins when I have free time only, and if I open this for requests..I may not be able to handle it anyway.
- 4. Can I take inspiration from the skins?
Yes but..please, not too copied. Mix it with some style of yours. YOU KNOW BETTER than plainly copying so, please be original.
